Reservation:
• Reservations are made exclusively through the online platform.
• Reservations will only be confirmed after receipt of payment.
Check-in and Check-out:
• Check-in: From 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out: Until 11:00 a.m.
Accommodation:
• Children of any age are allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted in the indoor areas of the property.
• Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs.
General Obligations and Responsibilities of Guests
• Guests are responsible for their own behavior and the behavior of all persons accompanying them.
• Most properties are located in residential areas, so legal noise levels must be respected. Elemento Lendário, Lda. reserves the right to take the necessary measures if complaints are received from the local community about guest misconduct. If measures are necessary and guests are asked to leave, there will be no right to a refund.
• Guests are responsible for any costs associated with damage caused to the properties.
Payment
• Payment must be made at the time of booking. To confirm the booking, the total amount of the stay will be charged to the credit/debit card & paypal provided at the time of booking.
• In the event of payment processing failure, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Booking Changes
• Date changes are free of charge. Any changes to the number of nights or type of accommodation will be subject to availability and the applicable rate difference, which must be paid at the time of the change.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
• Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival will be completely free of charge.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will be entitled to a 50% refund.
• For cancellations less than 7 days before check-in, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
• If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours after booking.
