Calheta is already experiencing the magic of Christmas

The Christmas lights in Calheta are already lit, a moment watched by hundreds of people, residents and tourists, who went to the village.

The Christmas ‘lights’ shine, at this time, in several arteries of the municipality, namely in the centers of the eight parishes and next to the churches where the Christmas carols will be held.

The beginning of the night took place, however, with the inauguration of the municipal nativity scene, set up next to the “Forno da Cal” garden.

Furthermore, it is worth noting that the usual stalls installed on the Calheta waterfront will also guarantee the delights of the festival until the beginning of January.
