The 10th edition of the EcoTrail Funchal – October 19th, 2024

The 10th edition of the EcoTrail Funchal Madeira will take place on October 19th, 2024, featuring races of 15, 30, 45, and 80 km that combine the practice of sport with respect for the environment. This event promises to challenge participants with stunning courses that traverse the island’s natural and urban landscapes.

EcoTrail Funchal – Course Details

With four distinct distances, the EcoTrail Funchal – Madeira 2024 is designed to welcome athletes of all levels, from the most experienced to beginners.

Participants can choose from:

80 km EcoTrail: The longest and most challenging course, with significant cumulative elevation gain, crosses mountains, forests, and coastal trails, offering a complete trail running experience.

45 km EcoTrail: A course that combines effort and pleasure, perfect for runners with long-distance experience who are still seeking a challenge that allows them to explore Madeira’s diverse landscapes.

30 km EcoTrail: Ideal for those who, while less experienced, wish to test their limits on a demanding course that also offers moments of true contemplation of nature.

15 km EcoTrail: A shorter course, yet still full of beauty, allowing beginners and more casual runners to enjoy Madeira’s natural environment without the commitment of longer distances.

Concentration at Pico dos Barcelos from 10h15.
