The Calheta Municipality Festivities 2026 will take place from 4 to 27 June, bringing an exciting programme of music, theatre, traditional celebrations and entertainment for all ages.
Among the events highlights are the theatre performances “O Que Tem Uma Mala?” and “Bom Filho a Casa Torna”, the São João Gala Concert, the colourful São João Popular Marches, and a spectacular music night at Calheta Beach featuring Matias Damásio, Julinho KSD, Amériko Nunez and Westside Live Band.
The festivities will also include performances by João Quintino & Banda and the nostalgic “Revenge of the 90’s” show, before concluding with a dazzling fireworks display.
Join us in celebrating one of the most iconic events in the Municipality of Calheta and enjoy a diverse programme filled with culture, music and tradition.
